Here, take a look at this: "In association with American Express, The Ritz-Carlton produced three short films that subtly weave exceptional and unique guest experiences into their story lines, demonstrating how The Ritz-Carlton has been able to elevate service to an art form. Filmed on location at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey and The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, director Shyam Madiraju, along with production house Anonymous Content, led the project."
Click here for the first of these films, The Delay. It's a good story with plenty of subtle depictions of what makes the Ritz the Ritz.
Here's a wonderful case of art imitating life, imitating exceptional customer service, or, what they refer to as "guest experiences." It's both the little and - in the case of Ms. Gerard in the film - the big things.
